Get on the waitlist online before you get there!!! Delicious food! Had a really big menu and I was very pleased. If you like thick chewy noodles, I highly recommend the hand SHAVED noodles!! It was a little bit of a wait but I think it was worth it. Plenty of seating, good for any size party.

Excellent all the way around, food, service, and ambiance. I've been here several times and have tried many dishes. Noodles are a must as they make them right in front of you. Everything is always fresh, well-cooked, and just the right amount of heat per your order. Their teas are very good, too. Only minor con is that they do not serve alcohol. Still a 5+ star rating because it might be the best Chinese food I've ever had!

I am a long time customer of Corner 17. After my personal favorite boba shop in the area closed, I started coming here. I will start by saying that the place is almost always packed, and it is very popular. There is a small self order kiosk for takeout and boba orders. I come to this side very often and order boba, and it is delicious! However, it is a little bit pricey for boba. The food is good as well. I will say that I think some of the dishes are a bit light in flavor compared to others, snd I personally would recommend picking one of their specialty dishes over the pulled/shaved noodles , but those aren't bad either, just less strong in flavor . I would recommend the mala soup bowl or mala stir fry if you want noodles, as you can add them and whatever ingredients to your liking. My personal favorite items are the jiangshao tofu: a lightly fried tofu is a slightly sweet brown sauce, Garnished with ginger slices and green onions, The fruit teas with popping Boba, and the delicious bao. I hope corner 17 is around for a long time! And judging by the friendly staff and the consistent locals patronage, I believe they are not going anywhere :)

My experience with corner 17 was amazing. My waiter was fantastic, she answered all my questions. I ordered crab Rangoon and beef and onion. My food was DELICIOUS . I went around noon and was able to find parking in front of the restaurant. I can't wait to take my friends and family here.

So. I had never even heard of Boba tea. But I am an adventurous foodie!! Let's go!!! The food was delicious!! The Boba tea, I got the coconut Boba which I loved!! I also sampled the Corner 17 and the coffee one. All were yummy!!! We also had a chicken dumpling and eggplant a d stir fried noodles. . All was delicious!! The service was great and you could watch your noodles being made! Must go back!!!

To start, Corner 17's menu is extensive and has tons of boba tea options from their boba tea bar in the front of the restaurant. There are endless options between normal Asian foods, and more unique and authentic ones. The larger tables have a wheel in the middle which is perfect for sharing tons of plates - the way I think anyone would enjoy Corner 17 the best. Each time I've been to Corner 17 I've most enjoyed watching their noodles and dumplings being made - you can watch them from anywhere in the dining room. A fun experience and the servers are always nice. So far this is my favorite Chinese food in St. Louis!

This spot seems to be a local favorite and I could see why. They have a huge indoor dining area but also a very organized takeout system set up. Not only do they have a full restaurant, but they also have a connected boba shop! I stopped by for the first time and was impressed by the menu-- they have a good selection of hand-pulled noodles and a very large set of Chinese American dishes in addition to more "authentic" dishes. Two of us split the eggplant with hot brown sauce ($13.99), Sichuan spicy noodle ($12.99), and the wontons with chili oil ($10.99). This turned out to be a lot of food because we didn't expect the eggplant dish to also come with two bowls of rice. Everything we received was tasty. I could see how the dishes appeal to American taste because the dishes were a little sweeter than I am used to. However, the flavors were balanced really well! I was very impressed by the wonton filling. I often find that restaurants slack on this dish because the chili oil sauce can be overpowering, but I noticed that the wonton filling had a strong meaty flavor and was also tender and soupy. I didn't realize that you could join the waitlist from their online website. This could save a lot of waiting time because while they do have tables in their boba shop/waiting area, it can get very crowded.

I have come to Corner 17 in the past & ate the wonderful food this spot has to offer! Today I came to stop for a fruit tea! My choice was the grapefruit fruit tea & it punched so much flavor & was so enjoyful! For the price you pay it's such a big drink! My drink came out so fast after ordering it on the little kiosk. Walking in, all the green is welcoming along with its cleanliness! It's fun dining in because you can watch them making the noodles that you'll eventually be eating. So fun!

Came to Corner 17 while taking a quick weekend trip to STL. I had read about this place online so added it to my itinerary. Parking: There is street parking and a parking lot nearby. We got lucky when we went as it was a Sunday and there was no charge for parking. Food: we ordered the Three Cup Chicken and the stir fry hand pulled noodles with vegetables. Food was extremely delicious and worth the wait. The wait staff was extremely kind. Ambiance: We arrived at the restaurant and were told there was a 45 minute wait. We left our phone number down and received a link with information regarding the wait list. We weren't seated until 1.5 hours later. If you are extremely hungry, best to arrive a bit earlier and walk around the area and explore. Awesome spot where you can see the chefs making the noodles while you are eating.
